About Dingolfi Spirits

Exceptional spirits should be crafted with intent, character, and uncompromising quality.

Founded in the United Kingdom, we aim to create a portfolio that embodies both tradition and a modern appreciation for flavor, balance, and design. Every decision— from sourcing to blending to presentation— is guided by our commitment to authenticity and attention to detail.

We believe that great spirits are more than just beverages; they are experiences shaped by craftsmanship, heritage, and the moments in which they are enjoyed. Whether savored neat, over ice, or in a thoughtfully crafted cocktail, our goal is to deliver something distinctive and memorable.

As an independent brand, we cherish creative freedom, allowing us to explore, refine, and develop our products without compromise— prioritizing quality over quantity and character over convention.

Dingolfi Spirits is rooted in Glasgow, a city renowned for its vibrant energy, culture, and rich history. These influences are integral to our identity and continuously inspire our creations.

We are at the beginning of our journey, and we eagerly anticipate sharing it with those who appreciate thoughtfully crafted spirits.

Dingolfi: The Wolf’s Convocation

The name originates from the Old Norse “Dingulfr,” meaning “Assembly of the Wolf.” Over time, it evolved in the Scottish Highlands into Dingolfi, symbolising unity, resilience, and shared strength.

Where the relentless surge of the North Sea breaks against jagged Highland crags, a name was forged in salt and stone.

It began with Dingulfr—“Assembly of the Wolf”—a wandering Norse traveler whose arrival marked a rare moment of unity between clashing tides and cultures.

As centuries passed, the sharp edges of Old Norse softened beneath Highland mist, evolving into Dingolfi. What began as a name became a place—then a symbol. A sanctuary where seafaring resilience met the enduring traditions of the clans. This is history, captured in oak and spirit—waiting for the next assembly to begin.

Dingolfi [Din-gol-fee] — The Spirit of the Sovereign Gathering

It stands upon three pillars:

The Assembly — The Gathering of Craft
The moment where four elements—spirit, cask, oak, and time—converge into a singular expression.

The Wolf — Strength of Character
A symbol of independence and loyalty. Bold, untamed, and refined—yet bound by the strength of the pack.

The Convergence — Northern Resilience
Where Norse grit and Gaelic tradition intertwine, proving that true strength is forged where worlds meet.
